Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form a binding contract between you and our store, governing the purchase and use of bowls, plates, and woks. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms, which adhere to U.S. federal and state laws (CPSC, FTC, CCPA, FDA, Prop 65).
Order Submission & Confirmation
- Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, and payment authorization before processing.
- An order confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour of payment—this confirms order receipt, not shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.

Order Cancellations
- Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
- After 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
- Post-shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Product Compliance & Liability

Compliance Guarantees
- All bowls and plates comply with FDA food contact safety standards (safe for food storage and serving, free of harmful chemicals).
- All woks meet FDA food contact standards and CPSC breakage resistance regulations; non-stick woks are PFOA-free.
- All products are Prop 65 compliant (no lead, cadmium, or other toxic substances).
Compliance certificates are available upon request via customer service.

Limitation of LiabilityWe are not liable for:
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., bowl size, plate design, wok weight).
- Damages caused by improper product use (e.g., bowls cracked from microwave overheating, woks scratched by metal utensils, plates chipped from dropping).
- Indirect damages (e.g., meal preparation delays) resulting from order cancellations or shipping delays.
- Injuries or damages caused by using woks without proper seasoning or following safety instructions.

Warranty Coverage
- Bowls & Plates: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (chips from production, cracks in the glaze); excludes damage from misuse or accidental drops.
- Wok: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (warped bottoms, faulty handles, peeling non-stick coating); excludes wear from regular use or high-heat misuse.
User Obligations
- Provide true, accurate, and complete order information (e.g., correct shipping address, product preferences). You are liable for delivery delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
- Use products in accordance with the user manual and care instructions (e.g., season woks before first use, avoid metal utensils on non-stick surfaces, hand-wash delicate ceramic plates).
- Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
- Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.
Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution
- All website content (product images, descriptions, care guides, compliance documents) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
- Unresolved disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in Illinois.
- These terms are governed by Illinois state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
